To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Deliciously moist and fluffy blueberry muffins, ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, egg, vanilla, and milk.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Divide the batter among the muffin cups.
