  • 1 pound tater tots
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 8 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  3. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the tater tots at the bottom.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped turkey bacon and diced chicken ham over the tater tots.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tot layer.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the casserole is set and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
