- 1 pound tater tots
- 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 8 ounces chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the tater tots at the bottom.
- Sprinkle the chopped turkey bacon and diced chicken ham over the tater tots.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tot layer.
