  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
  6. Fold in the flour gently.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool before removing from the springform pan.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
