- 12 large jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions; drain and cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Spread marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
