- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- Hard-boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
- Shock the eggs in cold water and peel them once cooled.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon and chives.
- Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with additional chives if desired.

- For a milder version, reduce the chili garlic sauce.
- Feel free to experiment with other toppings such as paprika or chopped olives.
