  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, sugar, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently.
  6. Fold in the blueberries carefully to avoid crushing them.
  7. Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared muffin tins.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
