  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture, then mix.
  6. Add the sugar and flour, stirring until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool on a wire rack.
