- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- In a small bowl, mix together the cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
