  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the baking potatoes with a fork, then bake for about 45 minutes, or until tender.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add the diced carrots, peas, corn, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Once the potatoes are done, cut them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  6. Mix butter into the potato insides, then spoon the beef mixture on top.
  7. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, then return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
