- 2 cups sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 pound cooked salmon, flaked
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup nori sheets, cut into strips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine rice and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a baking dish, layer the cooked rice, followed by flaked salmon. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Sprinkle green onions and nori strips over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
