Quick Veggie & Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown.
  5. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Pour soy sauce over the stir fry and mix well.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
