  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  3. Stir in the chicken pieces until they are browned on all sides.
  4. Add the garam masala, turmeric, and chili powder, mixing well.
  5. Pour in the tomato puree and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Season with salt to taste and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  8. Serve hot with rice or naan.

Notes
