  • 2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, marinate the chicken with yogurt, garlic, ginger, garam masala, turmeric, paprika, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat and add marinated chicken. Cook until browned.
  3. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
