  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup ditalini pasta
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove excess grease.
  2. Add the onions and garlic to the pot and sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and ditalini pasta. Cook until pasta is al dente.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese and spinach. Stir until cheese is melted and spinach is wilted.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Serve warm.
