One Pan Balsamic Chicken

A delicious and easy recipe for One Pan Balsamic Chicken that brings together amazing flavors and is perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Scatter cherry tomatoes around the chicken and add spinach on top.
