- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups beef broth
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime cut into wedges
- Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper.
- In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and sear the beef on all sides.
