  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 8 tostada shells
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread refried beans on each tostada shell.
  3. Top with shredded chicken.
  4. Add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm with sour cream and salsa.
