- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, parsley, egg, and lemon zest.
