  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds and almond milk. Stir well and let sit for 15 minutes until it thickens.
  2. In another bowl, combine the diced mango, Greek yogurt, matcha powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
