  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce potatoes with a fork, then bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. Once cooled, peel and cube the potatoes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine chopped potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix gently until well combined.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
