  • 1/2 cup lemon curd

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the lemon zest.
  4. Gradually blend in the flour and salt until well combined.
  5. Roll dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Make an indentation in the center of each cookie.
  7. Fill the indentation with lemon curd.
