Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups

A delicious low-carb twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak using turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef steak
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
  3. Add sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in garlic powder.
  5. On a baking sheet, lay out turkey bacon and place the beef mixture on top, adding shredded provolone cheese.
  6. Roll up the bacon tightly around the filling.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add your favorite seasonings to the beef mixture.
