Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the grated zucchini, almond flour, and cocoa powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together honey, eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the baking soda, salt, and dark chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before cutting into squares and serving.
