- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
