  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (zucchini, onions, bell peppers)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper with the chicken.
  3. Add the vegetable oil to the griddle, then add the marinated chicken.
  4. Sear the chicken on both sides until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the mixed vegetables to the griddle and stir-fry until tender.
  6. Slice the chicken and serve it with the vegetables.
