Healthy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Recipe

  • 8 ounces whole wheat pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add in the broccoli florets and cook until tender.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken mixture.
  7. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until well combined.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
