- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced (for tzatziki)
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki by mixing the yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a bowl. Season with salt to taste.
- Serve the meatballs hot, with tzatziki on the side.
