Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Deliciously roasted Brussels sprouts enhanced with garlic and Parmesan cheese, complemented by savory turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
  5. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the Brussels sprouts in olive oil and garlic for 30 minutes before roasting.
  • Adjust the amount of Parmesan cheese based on your preference.
