  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together frozen hash browns, sour cream, and French onion soup until well combined.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and green onions.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly.
