A delicious twist on a classic, this Eggs Benedict Casserole features savory turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for brunch or a cozy breakfast.

  • 8 slices of bread, cubed
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup hollandaise sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer the cubed bread.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped turkey bacon and diced chicken ham over the bread.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture evenly over the bread and meats.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the egg is set.
  6. Drizzle hollandaise sauce on top and garnish with fresh chives before serving.
