- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 6 cups cubed day-old bread
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard.
- Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham to the egg mixture.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer the cubed bread and pour the egg mixture over it.
- Sprinkle with Swiss cheese and chives.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until set and golden brown on top.
