Easy Vegan Chocolate Torte [No Bake]

A delicious and easy no-bake vegan chocolate torte that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, dairy-free

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the dates and walnuts until a sticky mixture forms.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  3. In the same processor, blend the cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, silken tofu, and dark chocolate chips until smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure to use soft medjool dates for best results.
  • For an extra touch, top with fresh berries or nuts before serving.
