Easy Ground Beef Enchiladas

  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the cumin and garlic powder, stirring to combine.
  4. Pour a small amount of enchilada sauce into a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture, roll it up, and place it seam side down in the dish.
  6. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
