Delicious and Easy Chicken Noodle Stir Fry

A quick and tasty chicken noodle stir fry perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add broccoli and bell pepper; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in cooked noodles and soy sauce, tossing to combine.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
