  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the chocolate croissants into bite-sized pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop and sprinkle it over the croissants.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant and bacon mixture.
