Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
  2. Add the chicken broth, carrots, celery, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken and return it to the crockpot.
  5. Add the gnocchi and heavy cream, and stir well.
