  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, shrimp, crab meat, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, covering them evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the marinara sauce.
