Creamy Pumpkin Tiramisu (w/ Pumpkin Spice)

A delightful dessert that combines the classic flavors of tiramisu with creamy pumpkin and warm spices.

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Dip each ladyfinger in the cooled coffee briefly, then layer them in a serving dish.
  4. Add a layer of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the pumpkin mixture.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • This dessert is best enjoyed chilled to allow the flavors to meld together.
