  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, bell peppers, and onion; cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the heavy cream and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Add the cooked pasta, mix well and serve hot.
