Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in sugar, butter, and eggs.
  3. Add flour, salt, and cinnamon. Knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough, spread butter, and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll the dough into a log and cut into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a baking dish and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
