  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 can green enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, half of the sour cream, half of the shredded cheese, and chopped onions.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them tightly.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and pour enchilada sauce over them.
  5. Top with remaining sour cream and cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add spices like cumin and chili powder to the chicken mixture.
