Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
