- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, and eggs. Mix until well blended.
- Add melted chocolate and vanilla extract, stir until combined.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and mix until well incorporated.
- Layer the brownie mixture over the crust, followed by the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
