Caramel Brownie Cheesecake

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, and eggs. Mix until well blended.
  4. Add melted chocolate and vanilla extract, stir until combined.
  5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and mix until well incorporated.
  6. Layer the brownie mixture over the crust, followed by the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
