  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar, divided
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped apples and cinnamon, then pour the mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool completely.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cooled bars before serving.
