  • 2 cups rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add steak tips. Season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook steak tips until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In another pot, heat heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked rigatoni to the skillet with steak tips and pour the cheese sauce over. Toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak tips in Cajun seasoning for at least an hour before cooking.
