Cajun Deviled Eggs Recipe

Deliciously creamy and packed with flavor, these Cajun Deviled Eggs featuring turkey bacon are a fabulous twist on the classic recipe.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs. Cool them in ice water, then peel.
  2. Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  3. In a bowl, mash the egg yolks and mix in mayonnaise, mustard, Cajun seasoning, turkey bacon, and green onions.
  4. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and garnish with parsley.

  • Adjust the Cajun seasoning to taste.
