- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Hard boil the eggs. Cool them in ice water, then peel.
- Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the egg yolks and mix in mayonnaise, mustard, Cajun seasoning, turkey bacon, and green onions.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with salt and garnish with parsley.
