  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine drained tuna, egg, panko, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, ginger, and jalapeño.
  2. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  6. For the spicy mayo, mix mayonnaise with Sriracha to taste.
