Blackstone Griddle Hibachi Chicken Feast

  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the chicken thighs with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and onion powder for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the griddle and place the marinated chicken on it, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Add the sliced zucchini and bell pepper to the griddle, cooking until softened.
  5. Serve the chicken and vegetables over cooked rice.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some teriyaki sauce during cooking.
