Blackened Shrimp Stroganoff

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and set aside.

  5. Combine egg noodles, blackened shrimp, and chopped turkey bacon in the sauce, mixing well.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
