Biscoff Cookie Butter Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

A delicious twist on classic cinnamon rolls, featuring Biscoff cookie butter for an irresistible flavor!

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt together.
  2. Warm milk and melted butter, then add to the dry ingredients along with vanilla extract.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise for about 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread Biscoff cookie butter on top.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon over the cookie butter, then roll the dough tightly.
  6. Slice the roll into 12 pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
  7. Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
  8. Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese with a little milk to make the glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.

Notes

  • To add extra flavor, mix some crushed Biscoff cookies into the glaze.
  • These rolls are best served warm.
